Higgsfield on X

The largest group is the fans: 77 of 166 people on the page post work made with Higgsfield or recommend it, many driving it from Claude. Complaints are about money and trust — price leads problems, and credits, billing and cheaper or local routes drive the switching talk.

How do people feel about Higgsfield?

Praise outweighs everything else: 77 of 96 people post work made with it, recommend it, or credit its ease. The dissent is smaller and aimed at the company — 9 people are hostile to it — with a few defending it and a few disappointed by the output.

People mostly post the work: AI anime episodes, music videos, apartment tours, realistic avatars, and clips they drive from Claude through the Higgsfield MCP. What they praise is ease ("No more robotic voice") and shots that hold — a creator says H3 still hits its marks on medium and long shots, and a Genjutsu clip is credited with keeping the real chef's hand rhythm while swapping the cook. Growth figures circulate as proof of a winner: 40M+ users, $1B annualized, a $5.4B valuation, and a post reporting an Nvidia investment calls the founders visionaries.

The dissent is about the company, not the output: 9 people are hostile, calling the business shady and urging a boycott, one wanting a movement to "destroy" it. 4 single out Genjutsu swaps as impressive, 3 argue the backlash is overblown while conceding price and transparency, and 3 say the characters and the format get boring fast.

NVIDIA JUST CALLED HIGGSFIELD ONE OF THE MOST HUMAN COMPANIES IN THE INDUSTRY This is Jensen Huang's company. They sell GPUs to basically every AI lab out there and have seen all of them up close. And out of everyone, they put money into an AI video company and call the founders visionaries... I kind of get it. Every time I make a clip on Higgs you can tell the people behind it actually edit videos themselves. 40M+ users and $1B annualized since August. Nvidia isn't just being nice lol Now I want to see what they do once they get their hands on Vera Rubin

No more robotic voice. Super human voice. I'm amazed with this discovery. Stayed away from video stuff because thought it was a headache, need very high end system and lots of patience. AI has just made it soo easy. Now with Higgsfield Claude, etc... we can do endless stuffs. Only we need unlimited compute.

Big-nosed grandpa cooks for the whole street An old man stirs a mountain of scrambled eggs on a giant street griddle. 110,191 likes Three things doing the work: 1. the street-food setting is real: the crowd, the fluorescent lights, the steel griddle 2. only the cook was swapped in, the creator says it's made with Higgsfield Genjutsu 3. his hands keep the real chef's rhythm, chopping and folding without a single glitch Swapping a character into real footage used to mean a face-replacement team and weeks of tracking. Now one reference image does it, and the hard part is finding footage worth swapping into Would you eat from this pan?

Higgsfield won the narrative. a lot of ppl hate Higgsfield and some of the points are valid, but a lot of the hate is overblown imo. most comments are around > them being a bit expensive > selling workflows as products > they could be more transparent with paid campaigns but unlike most ai companies, id imagine their pricing actually gets them closer to being profitable. (which almost none of these companies are) they also didnt try a billion things. they doubled down on ai video, had a ton of viral moments, put together a strong creator program. and now with a direct nvidia investment / partnership its pretty much ggs even with the major players today, it feels like everyone is trying to be good at everything and you never really know what they’re the best at. for most people, when they think AI video, they think of higgsfield. thats as good of a moat as any in 2026, only other company with that level of dominance in a sector is midjourney & image gen.

What do people complain about with Higgsfield?

Price is the complaint that leads: 8 of 28 people say the plans and credits cost too much. Five themes are level behind it at 4 people each — credits burning fast, a cluttered site, billing people can't trust, output that comes back wrong, and options held back.

People price it out and find it high: one calls the $70-a-month cheapest plan not it, another asks why it has to be so expensive, a third says it costs too much for long-form drama. Credits are the same argument from the other side — a creator spent 670 credits across six reruns getting one scene natural, and another expects one long pass to "burn way more credits than I'm willing to admit".

The trust complaints are about mechanics: a price-check that went through as real generations, a $59 monthly charge with no email notice and no refund, a cancel button hidden a few clicks deep. One person says open models are resold under Higgsfield's own name. The site is called "an abomination" and too full of presets to try. Output specifics: Genjutsu didn't keep one creator's face, five of eight carousel slides came back with garbled text, the lite version looked bad. Options: no French accents, Kling 4.0 at 720p or 1080p only, model settings gated by plan. Two people wait four hours, or a whole day, for one generation.

  • Plans and credits cost too much8
  • Burns through credits fast4
  • Bad website and confusing interface4
  • Billing and practices you can't trust4
  • Output comes out wrong4
  • Missing options and caps4

What are the alternatives to Higgsfield?

The largest group is 4 people moving work to local or self-hosted generation. Four routes are level behind it at three people each: free rebuilds of Genjutsu, ChatGPT or Codex, Kling, and Seedance 2.5.

Cost and credits drive it, and the paths people name are specific. Local generation leads: one person reverse-engineered the paid services they used, Higgsfield included, and rebuilt them; another is moving clients to local generation and says it halves time and cost; a third installs an open-source lip-sync model rather than buy more credits. Free rebuilds of Genjutsu follow the same logic — an 11-step workflow with Seedance 2.5 and Claude, and a Claude skill said to replace Genjutsu for actor swaps.

The model comparisons come down to price per clip: Kling 4.0 arriving inside Higgsfield at 10 credits for 10 seconds at 1080p (against a usual 40), Seedance 2.5 at 72 credits for six seconds where Kling cost 10, and a provider found at half Higgsfield's price. APImart is offered as the cheaper way to run the same models, Google Flow's free daily credits against a paid plan, Grok bots for the whole pipeline, Hailuo rated better, Wireflow for launch videos. One team tried fal to save credits and switched back.

Sirio reverse engineered Higgsfield Genjutsu in 12 hours. Free 11-step workflow. Seedance 2.5 + Claude. Depth Anything to keep the motion without the face lock. Paid Genjutsu stays off for us. This free rebuild is the path. via Sirio.

I wrote the script. Then I gave Reid Ops (my chief of staff bot) the brief and told him to run it through Riley Media, my social/YouTube agent. Riley handled the stick-figure art, voices, edit, thumbnail, and upload. Before that I was doing the same pipeline in ChatGPT with Higgsfield, Canva and other plugins. This time the whole production handoff lived inside Grok Bot. I still own the story and the final call. The bots do the production grind.

Questions· 20 posts· written 27 Oct

What do people ask about Higgsfield?

The biggest question is comparison: 7 of 20 people ask how it stacks up against another tool or company. Then 5 ask what it actually does, and 4 where to get the same thing better or cheaper.

Comparisons are usually one line and name the rival — "Flow or higgsfield?", how it differs from a tool someone just posted, whether it colour grades after generation and how fast it is next to the alternative. Some ask which was the better pick.

The second group is people working out what the product is: "what's higgsfield", how it leads when it markets other labs' models, why people hate it, and whether a company like it is worth a $1B+ valuation. The third asks for a better or cheaper route — a better alternative to the Higgsfield API, recreating it locally on direct APIs, or whether using it free is what someone meant. Two people ask about keeping a face steady, one about whether a shot used one reference frame or was regenerated; two ask which model or preset produced a clip, Seedance or Minimax, Katana presets or Claude.

  • How does it compare?7
  • What does it actually do?5
  • Is there a better or cheaper option?4
  • How do you keep faces consistent?2
  • Which model made this clip?2

What do people want from Higgsfield?

Four people, four different asks, so nothing repeats: Soul characters usable inside templates and a way to submit templates; the Higgsfield MCP available in Grok; one particular character swapped into a specific clip; and one agent covering video, audio and code.

The section is small enough that each wish stands alone — 1 person wanting Soul characters to work inside templates, and to be able to submit templates of their own; 1 asking whether the Higgsfield MCP will land in Grok next; 1 asking for a named character to be swapped into a clip; and 1 describing paying separately for video, audio and code and wanting one agent that does all of it in their local language.

No two people ask for the same thing, so this reads as individuals rather than a demand. The common thread, where there is one, is wanting Higgsfield's pieces to fit into the tools people already use — templates, Grok, a single subscription — rather than adding another separate place to work.

  • Soul characters in templates1
  • Higgsfield MCP in Grok1
  • Swap this character in1
  • One tool that does it all1

I’m willing to pay if 1 agent can do all for me. I still have to pay for claude for coding, heygen/higgsfield for vids/clips, eleven labs for audio..If only i could get one that does it all in my local language. So yea the opportunity def exists
