Updated 30 October 2026
These rules govern your use of Unnudged
Unnudged operates Unnudged at unnudged.com. These rules are the agreement for that service. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy is part of these rules.
This version takes effect on 30 October 2026. The first version took effect on 27 October 2026.
Sections 11 and 12 limit our liability and explain termination.
1. Who operates Unnudged
Unnudged operates Unnudged at unnudged.com. Unnudged is the name we trade under. You are contracting with us under the name Unnudged.
Governing law: the State of California. Court cases are brought in the state or federal courts located in California. These rules do not require arbitration. Please write to hello@unnudged.com and allow 30 days before you file a lawsuit, unless a deadline would be lost by waiting.
Unnudged is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or run by X Corp. X Corp owns the X name and marks.
Questions: hello@unnudged.com. Security reports: hello@unnudged.com. Removal requests: the form on Your posts on Unnudged.
2. The service
Unnudged reads public posts on X about brands and topics and publishes what people say: counts, themes, complaints, requests, comparisons and example posts, with links to the originals.
We may also offer monitoring tools for your own workspace. The public catalog is free. Monitoring is in early access; when it opens, the terms for a paid plan will be added here before we charge.
You need a modern browser and an internet connection. You are responsible for the device, browser and connection you use.
3. Email
We use the email you give us only to tell you when access is ready or a requested topic has a page. We do not send newsletters or marketing.
You can ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to hello@unnudged.com. Deleting it from the waitlist does not delete a removal request or an account.
4. What the pages are — and aren't
Every page is an account of what people posted. It is not a statement of fact about a brand or product.
Counts are counts of public posts we collected. They can miss posts, especially private, deleted or protected ones.
Posts are examples of what people say, never proof that what they say is true.
We use automated systems to collect, label, summarize and draft pages, following the rules in How we measure. Those systems can be wrong, and a page may be incomplete or out of date.
Do not rely on a page as the only basis for a decision that matters, and do not treat it as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
5. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
Give us accurate information. Keep your password and sessions secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account is for one person. Do not share access or create multiple accounts to get around limits.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, creates risk, or is used unlawfully. You can stop using the site at any time. To delete your account, email hello@unnudged.com.
Closing your account does not remove public posts you wrote on X. Use the removal form for those.
6. Acceptable use
You may read the pages, share links, and quote our answers with a link back.
You may not:
- scrape, crawl or copy the site in bulk, or use automated means to extract the catalog or build a competing dataset;
- use the site to build profiles of people, contact people because their post appears here, or track individuals;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, or parts of the site that aren't yours;
- impersonate someone, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the site unlawfully;
- upload or send malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the site or its data without our written permission; or
- use the site in a way that violates X's terms or anyone else's rights.
We may investigate and take action, including removing content or closing accounts.
7. Posts from X
Posts belong to the people who wrote them. We show them as public posts, with links to the original on X, under X's terms. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not endorse them.
If one of your posts appears here, the Your posts on Unnudged page explains why and how to have it removed. We aim to remove a post within 7 days of a verified request. Posts that are deleted, made private or marked sensitive leave our pages at the next check, which runs weekly.
X's own terms and privacy policy apply when you follow a link to X.
8. Our content
The answers, page design, name, logo, code, and the compiled catalog are ours or our licensors'.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the site, share links to pages, and quote short passages with attribution and a link back.
You do not get ownership of our content. You may not republish the site, sell access to it, or use it to train a competing model or build a competing database. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without any obligation to you.
9. Price
Nothing on the site costs money at launch. The public catalog and the early-access list are free.
Monitoring is in early access. Before we charge for a plan, we will publish its price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and refund terms here. Those terms will apply in addition to these rules.
We do not take payment details at launch.
10. Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is and may change. Pages change as new posts arrive, and topics can be added or taken down. We may change, suspend or stop parts of the site at any time.
We do not promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
When these rules change, we will update the date at the top and, for a material change, give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using the site after a change, the new rules apply.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be secure, free of errors, or free of viruses, or that any page is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnudged and its operators, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or relating to your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Because the site is free at launch, that amount is currently US $100.
Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury.
If someone else brings a claim that your use of the site broke the law or someone else's rights, you will cover Unnudged for the loss and for reasonable legal cost. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these rules, if we believe your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if we stop offering the site.
The sections that by their nature should survive — including our content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — survive termination.
If we suspend or terminate your access, you can still ask us to delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.
13. General
If a court strikes one part of these rules, the rest remains. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
You may not assign your rights under these rules without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These rules and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and replace any earlier agreements about it.
Headings are for convenience only. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. There are no third-party beneficiaries. You agree to receive notices electronically at the email you give us or through the site.
